What is body fat percentage and how much is too much body fat?

Body fat percent is the term used to denote the percentage of the entire body that consists of, or is, fat. For example, if you weighed 200 lbs. and your body fat was estimated to be 10%, 20lbs of your total weight would exist as fat. As far as how much is "too much body fat," experts recommend that men stay below 18% total body fat. For women, it is generally accepted that the percentage of body fat be 23% or less. The higher the body fat percentage, the greater the risk for developing serious disease conditions.


Do I need to exercise when taking Exitor?

Exercise is a matter of personal preference. However, research has proven that the greatest alterations in body composition will result from regular exercise and proper diet. Exercise will help with calorie expenditure; or how many calories you burn vs. the calories you consume. The more physical activity you perform, as well as how vigorously you perform it, the more calories you'll burn.


How do the ingredients of Exitor work?

Exitor has been formulated with a number of botanicals that perform specialized processes relating to increased thermogenic and metabolic activity. For example, Exitor contains natural forms of caffeine that are of greater potency than those found in coffee. And unlike coffee, these forms of caffeine release slower into the system, providing energy and for longer periods of time. In addition, Exitor contains ingredients like Theobroma Cocoa Complex, Gum Guggul, Dandelion, and Ginger that may work to reduce cellulite and water retention, while decreasing bad cholesterol (LDL) and increasing good cholesterol (HDL) levels.


Does Exitor contain Ephedra?

No. Exitor does not contain ephedra.


I'm on a low-carb diet. Can I still use Exitor, and if so, is it safe?

Yes, because Exitor is formulated using only natural ingredients, its safe to use while dieting. Many of our customers indicate that they've experienced great results when Exitor is added to their already existing, low-carb diet. Persons on these diets usually suffer from lower energy levels, and in some instances, increased hunger. Exitor contains ingredients that may work to suppress appetite and provide for significant increases in energy.


If I decide to order Exitor, are Progressive Health's products sent discreetly?

How soon can I expect to see results?

The results derived from Exitor are dependant on the individual and condition severity. While a large number of customers yield immediate results, others may see results in only a few short weeks. Generally, we advise that you use the product continuously, for a minimum of 45 - 60 days.


Are there any side effects when taking Exitor?

As with all nutritional supplements, there is potential for reaction. Progressive Health ensures that all potential conflicts and side effects are listed on the product information pages. However, we strongly recommend consulting with your physician if you suffer from any pre-existing conditions (other than being overweight), known allergies, or if you are currently taking any medications. Based on customer feedback, order history, and regular product overview, there has yet to be a report of any serious side effects resulting from the implementation of Progressive Health products into existing treatment programs.

US orders: Please allow 1-5 days for delivery.
Canada and Mexico orders: Please allow 14-21 days for delivery.
Orders outside the USA: Please allow 4-6 weeks for your product to arrive.


Do you ship orders outside the USA?

Yes, although we do not have any distributors in foreign countries, we have successfully shipped to doorsteps around the world!


Do you ship orders to FPO/APO Addresses?

We do ship to FPO and APO addresses. However, our system is very sensitive to the billing address used. If you plan to ship to a location other than your billing address, please note that there is a potential for delay in the ordering process. For your protection, orders will be held while our customer service center authenticates billing address and confirms the alternative shipping locale. Orders will not be held for longer than 24 hours. For state, use the following abbreviations when placing FPO/APO addressed orders:
